I’m Sarah, a mum of two boys and a fitness trainer working with women, specialising in pre and post natal exercise.

 

Health and Fitness has been a huge part of my life since before having my children, but has also been integral to my physical and mental wellbeing and health during and after having them.

Before having my first son my relationship with exercise was disjointed, it was more focussed on earning food and punishing myself with gruelling cardio sessions rather than celebrating my body and enjoying being active.

Since having my boys fitness and health have taken on a whole new meaning as I want to be the healthiest and strongest mum that I can be, and a good role model for them and others.

Before becoming a Personal trainer I was a teacher for 12 years. Teaching has given me the skills to be able to understand people, empathise and acknowledge strengths and weaknesses of individuals, and celebrate successes!

I aim to empower and encourage women to take a holistic approach to exercise. To show you that movement is the key to a happier mind and body. I also want to prove to you that exercise can be an enjoyable part of your life, and not a burden.

Movement and motherhood go hand in hand and I hope to help you combine both in a safe, efficient and effective way to help you face any challenges along the way with confidence and strength.

I believe that exercise is not just about weight loss and aesthetics, it is about accepting and embracing what your body can do for you and being strong and energised to deal with whatever life throws at you.

 

My Holistic approach to training will get you on the road to discovering what your body is capable of and to make it work for you.

 

Qualifications

I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer. I’m also qualified to work in pregnancy and postnatal fitness, so you’re in safe hands with me.

Level 2 - Fitness Instructor Diploma
