Having a baby is tough on your body and your mind, I should know, I've been there too! I can tailor your workouts to keep your fitness routine safe throughout your pregnancy and build strength and get your confidence back after having your baby.

Hi I’m Sarah
I’m a fitness trainer based in Harborne, Birmingham. I’m 38 and a mum to two wonderful and lively little boys.
I love to work with women through all stages of their fitness journeys and I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal fitness.
I believe exercise is not all about weight loss, it is about accepting who you are and what your body can do for you.
My holistic approach to training will get you on the road to discovering what your body is capable of and to make it work for you.

Your home or mine, online, or even the local park if you like! I’ll tailor your workouts around your lifestyle and needs. We don’t need a gym to workout and you can bring your little ones along too.

This is personalised to you. We can schedule in a regular weekly slot or you can use my booking page to schedule a one-off session.
